RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Debauch, your satisfaction matters. Because our supplements are made-to-order and for health-related use, our return and refund terms are outlined clearly below.
🛑 ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel or modify your order within 36 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
📦 CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction after an order has shipped.
However, we understand that circumstances change. If your order is unopened and unused, and you contact us within 14 days of delivery, you may be eligible for:
- Store credit of up to 60% of your original purchase
- Store credit will be issued as a digital voucher or discount code
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
🚚 LATE DELIVERY
If your package is not delivered within 5 full business days past the latest estimated delivery date shown at checkout, you may request:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement

🔁 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
⚠️ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used supplement products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders with incorrect address submitted by the customer
