Our supplement products are shipped exclusively within the United States. These items are fulfilled by Printify's U.S.-based partners and follow the policy below:

  • Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or UPS

Shipping Costs (Supplements):

  • Flat Rate: $4.99

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $99 (USA only)

Important Notes:

  • Supplements cannot be shipped internationally at this time.

  • Supplements may ship separately from other items in your order.

📦 MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the products ordered and their respective fulfillment partners. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

📬 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

📫 ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Supplements: Due to health and safety regulations, supplements are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Other Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted for eligible items (e.g. apparel) if reported within 7 days of delivery and returned unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
